Bailey Williams

Bailey Williams has been a member of the Foundation since 2002 and was proud to serve as the 2006 Gilbert Days Rodeo Queen. She has also been the 2003 Gilbert Days Rodeo Teen Queen, the 2002 Gilbert Days Rodeo Sr. Princess, the 2001 Miss Jr. Teen Rodeo Arizona, and the 1999 Gilbert Days Rodeo Princess. She loves being a part of the Cowgirls Foundation because she believes that by learning about our past we can see our future more clearly and that learning about our Western Heritage is an essential part of our American identity. Bailey brings a special talent to the Cowgirls Historical Foundation through her passion for theater. Recently, Bailey wrote two plays for the Festival of the West Children's program. Through historical reenactment, these plays helped children and adults alike learn the importance of remembering and honoring our Western Heritage. Bailey is also a volunteer with Valley Big Brothers and Sisters, and is currently attending Arizona State University, majoring in psychology with a minor in philosophy. She hopes to one day attend law school and practice in International Human Rights Law.
