The CHF Cowgirls will 'Saddle Up for Service' as they ride in the Tournament of Roses Parade in honor of our country's veterans by supporting the Veterans Medical Leadership Council's Returning Warriors Fund. The fund provides assistance to military members who are enrolled at the Phoenix VA Hospital and who need a financial "safety net" as they transition back to civilian life.

"Appearing in the Tournament of Roses Parade for the fourth consecutive time is an honor, but it's even more special this year because of our partnership with the Returning Warriors," said Patricia Gomez, president of the CHF. "Our veterans are true heroes and we're proud to dedicate the ride to these brave men and women."

As a non-profit organization, the CHF Cowgirls are fundraising to support CHF's mission of preserving our western heritage and the equestrian way of life, and will donate a large portion of the proceeds to the VMLC's Returning Warriors Fund.
